Shipping charges

• Orders of Rs. 999 and above: free shipping across India.
• Orders below Rs. 999: a flat shipping charge of Rs. 79.

The shipping charge for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 working days of being placed. Delivery usually takes 3-6 days across metro cities; other locations may take a little longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details by email or SMS so you can follow your parcel.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address and phone number carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

Damaged or wrong parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at contact@anwynhome.com with your order number and clear photos, and we will make it right.
