Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love your Anwyn Home cushion covers. If you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase under the terms below.

Returns

Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

How to request a return

1. Email us at contact@anwynhome.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will confirm the next steps and arrange the return.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Anwyn Home pays for return shipping and will provide you with the return shipping label.

Items we cannot accept back

Items that have been used, washed, altered or damaged after delivery, or that are not in their original packaging, cannot be accepted for return.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@anwynhome.com as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
